JULY 2008 BOTM Request
Nate, Here is my request since I don't have it or seen it being shared. September 7, 2000 Dallas, Texas Thanks Scotty
hey scotti mh... i share it on the hub since 6 month or so.... so.. if u need it come on and grab it ;) greetz exo
Thanks Rudy. I will have to grab it from you soon. I have to add a bunch of stuff back into my share file so I have enough to get on (15 gigs). I am still working on the good quality Donington 84 video stuff and I will share that with you buddy as soon as I am done. We will share that with Frieda and Rockhound also. Take care. Scotty from Detroit (acdc74)
I probably won't be able to get back on the hub for about another few months at least. My laptop's manufacturer has to split the hardrive down the middle. So I've got two 50 GB partitions and need to clean out my second partition to put my music (running into the 30+ GB mark) into it. Another thing, I have to get my desktop fixed back up and try to get it back online. I want to get a wireless card to bring it wireless, and then (of course) some more RAM (only have a half gig in it). I'll then get another CD/DVD burner cause the eject motor on mine is really busted. But my laptop runs good. But I don't have the hard drive to carry downloading stuff. Of course, one thing I've got to get, if not to just back up stuff, is an external hard drive.
WELL travis working with external hard drives rules by the way. got 2 of it and they are cheap, no work with installing and so on. you are ready to load in a minute....
I've got to agree with you there exo. I recently got a 500 gb external for $90. Was on sale and I had a coupon, so I couldn't pass it up.
Yeah, having some form of external storage (flash drive, hard drive, network, etc.) is always a good idea. I just have yet to get one. Heck, I've only had my laptop for about a year.
HELL.. thinking of the low dollar i should order in us only ;) 45euros....shipping.... mh might be still cheaper then over here.. bought 1000 giga HD for 145 euro = around 300usd
exo, I'd say that price sounds about right. I recently saw a 500 GB external hard drive for about $150 (US).
exo, a little PS for you. Newegg.com They have great stuff, and even allow customers to review this stuff. I'm not sure if you can order from the site if you aren't in the US. But you'd get a good grasp on what's out there.
3 ideas for the July 08 BOTM: Malmo 1988-03-19 Noblesville 1991-07-01 Helsinki 1996-04-23 Keep rockin'.
I would like to request Detroit 1990. and if not that anything else from 1990 is good. I dont have alot of shows from that year, and I really like the sound of this era. Or anything from early 83 with Rising Power.
feel free to start a new topic for the august botm so it doesn't get lost in the shuffle.
