Wish our government would get its arse into gear. Our fuel costs three times as much as the U.S In my town it cost £1.35 a LITRE for diesel!!!
Blame the governments wanting to promote international diplomacy with the middle east. A gallon is approx. 3.8 liters/litres. A GBP is about 2 dollars. So yeah, that sounds right. As for the gas prices, why doesn't anyone here in the US shut down Exxon/Mobil. They are the biggest gas company here in the US and constantly make the most amount of money. I for one think that the gas prices are partly the middle east, but it's partly the oil companies faults too.
My plan is to use my moped to follow the ACDC tour. I will save mega on gas. Hopefully they get their shows over in the northern states before christmas. I have holes in my shoes and this tour is way over due. I better start putting patches on the patches of my old blue jeans.
