Who was the blues guitarist who played a few dates on the SUL tour as support and died a few days after he finished the tour?. I cant remember who it was. Someone help me out?

Thats what i thought Dave. Thing is, ive just sat and watched a blistering set by the man from the Glastonbury festival. Its caused an arguement with the other half about it.

think you might be getting mixed up buddy guy did support but as said above still alive. arent you thinking of john lee hooker who died june 2001 and ac/dc played tribute to him at paris show. hail hail............davidceltic

They performed Boom Boom and a few other songs (Rocker, Boogie Man?) for a radio station in France in 1995, if i remember correctly. checking... yep, that was it: Boom Boom on badboyboogie.de
