Winner gets their pick weekly - Upload #3
Riff Raff, You know the drill. Winner gets to pick the bootleg upload for this week. I will post the winner's name and then that person can provide their 3 bootleg picks. As long as I have one of them starting with their #1 pick, I will post it. This week's game you, again, have a 5% chance of winning and you are only allowed one posted answer. Out of the 20 tracks that are on Highway To Hell and Back In Black, which song am I thinking of right now? Good luck to all.
I'll try "If You Want Blood (You've Got It)" I'm glad that they released the version on Highway to Hell as opposed to the version on Volts. The lyrics are much better, and not just because Bon says a curse word. Both sets of lyrics express the same thing, one just does it better. (Random thoughts on another boring day at work)
Shot Down In Flames perhaps. As good a guess as any
Ding Ding Ding, we have a winner. You have won for the 2nd week in a row Danger101. I was jamming it in my ipod last week when I cut the grass and I am still amazed on how fast Brian sings those lyrics in the 2nd verse. What are your top 3 picks for this week? I am amazed that we had a winner in the 5th guess out of a possible 20. The first 25%.
Im sorry guys, so hows about I wont enter next week. (Me and acdc74 have not been cheating either) 1 - Aug 03, 1986 Kemper Arena, Kansas City, MO, USA 2 - Sep 11, 1986 Joe Louis Arena, Detroit, MI, USA 3 - Rockdrome, Rio De Janeiro, Brasil Thanks
im gonna go with Rock N Roll Aint Noise Pollution!
ive been looking for Aug 03, 1986 Kemper Arena, Kansas City, MO, USA forever. the only recorded show with Brian singing Dog Eat Dog in the 80s
cliff, I just recently got that one at the great Let There Be Rock forum (which I recommend highly). It was posted by member kixdude. Here it is for everyone here: 1986-08-03 - Kansas City, MO, USA Please Note: this is my link and not the one on the LTBR forum. acdc774 and Danger101: any chance that weekly pick #3 can be Rock In Rio from January 19th, 1985?
Danger101, You are allowed to enter every week just like everyone else does. I do have all 3 of your requests. You have to be specific as to which Rio show....the 15th or 19th. I did not try Viper's link but if that is KC, is your choice the Detroit show? Let me know your pick and I will post it. Thanks
Danger101 and Riff Raff, Here is Disc 1 for Detroit, Michigan September 11, 1986. Enjoy. 1986-09-11 - Detroit, MI - Disc 1 (fixed)
Danger101 and Riff Raff, Here is Disc 2 for Detroit, Michigan September 11, 1986. Enjoy. 1986-09-11 - Detroit, MI - Disc 2
thanks a lot viper oh and btw ill try to update my list this weekend so we can trade again
I had that problem, too. I looked at the difference between the disc 1 link and the disc 2 link and noticed that disc 2 had an extra underscore between Detroit and Michigan and that seems to be the problem. Try this: http://rapidshare.com/files/139386585/Detroit__Michigan_Disc_1_-_9-11-86.rar.html
Riff Raff, For Disc 1, it wouldn't let me copy and paste for some reason so I had to manually type it out. Like Erudite said, the extra underscore between Detroit and Michigan should do the trick for Disc 1. Please let me know if this works. If not, I will do up another upload link. Awaiting your replies. Sorry about that. http://rapidshare.com/files/139386585/Detroit__Michigan_Disc_1_-_9-11-86.rar.html
@ acdc74 this link is now working for 100% but could you do me a favour?
Can you post the link from LTBR from the 1984 Donington show?
Patrick, Do you have any of the missing tracks that I am looking for? I think I would need to confer with Mammoth to make sure that he would be cool with it.
No i was looking for them but didnīt found them.
I believe I provided you with a link to LTBR for everyone to download so obviously I don't object to Patrick request.
Mammoth, I believe that you did do a post for all. I can make a new post for Patrick then with the LTBR portion as soon as I get a chance.
