Sample of New Song posted to AC/DC's MySpace Page
Thanks to Spinebuster for letting me know! Just got a note saying there is a sample of a new song (presumably Rock n Roll Train) on AC/DC's MySpace page. Check it out by going to http://www.myspace.com/acdc. You can also grab an mp3 of the sample from acdc-bootlegs.com: http://acdc-bootlegs.com/media/rnrtrain.rar There is also a Verizon advertisement for AC/DC's ring tones that looks like it features the artwork 'Rock n Roll Train' as well. http://www.acdc-bootlegs.com/news/articles/?id=209
I like the sound of the drums in the sample. It s a premising start
thats why its very promising to know (even though many people dont like) that all their songs sound the same, we already know this album is gunna rock
No offense to bands like Aerosmith, but when it comes to AC/DC, you pretty much know what to expect with every song, so this is essentially a sneak preview of the album.
great start AC/DC how we like them can't wait till next thursday does ne1 no wat time the single will be out thurs?midnight or miday?
It'll be out probably at 12 AM Thursday, for radio stations to play whenever they want.
Damn in hell, I love that riff. ROCK Nī ROLL TRAIN!! AC/DC - They Are Back!!
I just realized something, the new album, won't be called "Strap It On"...lol. That means someone lied to us, someone lied to us BIG TIME. BTW: Black Ice sounds much better than Strap It On any day.
Strap it on? And Angus will sing on a song named toon? That was before the release of Stiff upper lip i think. I see all this fuss for the album but i'm more anxious for the tour dates. P.S. Oh and then they will all say that they will quit and they will come back with another album etc (i hope).
Yeah, I'm more anxious to hear about an AC/DC tour.
Well, the track known to the masses as "R" off album "B" has been pulled from AC/DC's MySpace. We have a little over a day and a half to wait according to my watch. Now, I wonder if the track will be posted at midnight UTC or maybe midnight in Australia (I hope it's midnight in Australia, so that we can get it and rip it off sometime on the 27th US time) but it'll most likely be posted at 12:00 AM 2008-08-28 EDT. For those who wonder why I think this, AC/DC's label is in NY.
