Hey whats a good cheap MP3 player/recorder or similar that records good quality sound and has enough space for say an average AC/DC Concert. I've heard a couple boots that were captured with the iRiver H10 and those sounded pretty good. Thanks in Advance

If you're going to record a show, record it lossless. MP3's strip out certain frequencies of the sound. I've heard of iRivers that can record lossless, but have no idea which ones are good. I have a Zoom H2 personally, but it runs around $200. If you're concerned about recording size, you can probably find a recorder that has a removable media card.

I was looking at the Zoom H2 but I was thinking that would be a little hard to sneak in. And if I did get caught it would be hard to explain something with a big mic on top

Get a minidisc recorder, since they can play stuff as well, and they have been quite popular, and they are small.

I think I'm going to get an mp3 player with line-in recording then get some of those little mics that are made for concert recording
