i some bootlegs it says thy got from soundboard? how the hell do they get acess to the soundboard?

back in the day, you could ask the roadies/soundman for a patch from the desk, mad as it sounds I know, but bands used to be kinda cool about this,as long as it was for trade and not sale, yeah trust was a great old fashioned trait,but there ya go! Nowadays, a coupla quid to a roadie or the sound engineer might do the trick,EVERYONE can be bought,

It's not the "fans" who did the soundboard stuff but sometimes either the sound guy, or a TV station/Radio station.
