I just got banned from the hub because someone couldn't get my file list... I wasn't trying to hide my file list or anything, and I was active. I don't know why it wasn't working. The hub wasn't working well for me, because the search wasn't working and whenever I tried to connect to someone the connection would time-out, though thats probably because I was passive at the time and so were they.

Yes, I had like....10 uploads slots open.

rocknrolldamnation, you have to setup port forwarding on your router to get it working or allow DC++ to get thru your firewall, netlimiter and other misc DC++ utils will also get you banned...
