I took the liberty of taking Nate's sources and mixing this video together. I took Nate's audio source and slightly enhanced it, and then took Nate's video and edited it and the audio and synced them up in Windows Movie Maker. I then took Total Video Converter and converted the Windows Movie file and converted it over to xvid and cropped it to 16:9 resolution (640 x 360), it's still no better than a YouTube source, but it sounds better, and it looks great in widescreen.
