I was wondering if any knows what program might be able to copy indivdual songs off a DVD. I have the DVD Family Jewels and would like to pull off certain songs to place on my laptop for viewing while traveling. Thanks

DVDShrink is probably the easiest of any of them. Lets you reauthor any DVD to your liking. I've used it a few times on Family Jewels for pretty much the same thing.

Thanks I'll give it a try, do you know of a program that can convert it to an AVI ?

Not myself, no. I'm more concerned with the reverse, converting AVI to DVD. Someone should know, though.

Hey Paul, After you rip the songs with DVDShrink, use a program called MedianSoft Joiner-Converter to convert to avi.

Thanks, I'll see if I can locate the program. I've just never used shrink to indivdually separate songs(video) from a dvd. I guess I'll give it a try. Thanks alot.

If shrink doesn't work, try DVD ripper from a company called IMTOO. They rip individual songs for sure.
