okay, lets get this straight, Brian Johnson grew up here, and spent his years with Geordie here, and after having announced dates in Glasgow and most deffinately aus, their other 'roots', they dont play here! madness! the last time they played here was the ballbreaker tour back in april '96. Also, we do have a good sized arena, the metroradio arena, which houses roughly 15,000 people, which is not small, and even larger than a few of the US arenas they have been playing. We do attract large bands here, Metallica are playing here next year for instance. I myself will be hugely disappointed if I never get to see AC/DC live, and it willl be unfair on the diehards in the area if they dont play here, because of Brians roots. fingers crossed anyway.

oh, and I forgot to to mention, travelling to Manchester/Glasgow is almost impossible because of the fact Im only 15 years old, and those other dates are during school GCSE exam peroids, so I cant afford to travel and get tired, because those exam results will determin my own future

I very seriously doubt they are just gonna forget about Newcastle. Chances are, they're gonna do multiple trips of the tour, like they have in the past.

I don't think they will come back in Europe after June. To clarify, i don't think they will EVER come back in Europe after July but keep your finger crossed.

yeah thats what I was thinking, often in the past we have seen them do a 2nd US trek. There are large gaps in the exsisting dates of the euro tour around the UK part, however. 4th april (Bilbao) - 14th april (london) a week and a half 23rd april (Brimingham) - 13th (leipzig) 2 and almost a half weeks. this peroid my best bet for show in either Cardiff, sheffield (very large arena there, played on SUL tour, plus I could probs get there, 2 hours drive), or newcastle.
