Back in Black lp
I bought few years ago a back in black lp from second hand shop. Side One is Robert Plants The principle of moment and sido two back in black. Labels are correct, both sides atlantic, side one atl 50735 (st-a-804517), side two atl 50735 (st-a-804518). german press. inner sleeve is normal with acdc pics. cover is acdc in white and back in black in black... Does anyone know what lp this is?
Sounds like you got yourself a mispress, and is probably worth a fair amount. Congrats...lucky bastard....
I just checked that these are the right informations: Labels: GEMA - LC 0121 Albert Productions ℗ 1980 Leidseplein Presse B.V. A: (ST-A-804517) | B: (ST-A-804518) Sleeve: ATL 50 735 (SD16018) Germany: Ⓤ France: WE 351 ℗ 1980 Leidseplein Presse B.V. © 1980 Atlantic Recording Corporation LC 0121 Made in Germany by WEA Musik GmbH In my LP its not albert production, its produced by Robert John Lange. The little difference. Everything else is same. Copy or real mispress?
Does indeed sound like a stamper error when passed to the press shop. The Plant LP wasn't released 'til '83, so the pressing is from then, or later. That could be a neat little biscuit you have. Cool. :-)
Nice, looks like you got yourself a keeper, might want to hold on to that for a little while, might be worth a bundle.
