For Cover You In Oil, I'm pretty sure that the person uploading the vid did not include Angus's channal in the mix(right channal). And Hail Ceasar had a radio edit version, so that might answer your other question.

There was a TV version for hail Caesar that was shorter. For cover you in oil, since i now have all the singles and promos i can assure you there is no different version.
