Fly On The Wall
Does anyone know what Brian is saying at the beginning of Fly On The Wall? He says "Fly", and then starts muttering something. In fact, he seems to do this on almost all FOTW and BUYV songs, but I really can't understand him on this one.
I don't know man. I think Brian my have Tourettes.
Its Fly yeah yow! But in the studio version he says Fly on the wall
Fun fact: Brian doesn't actually sing or speak actual words. His utterances are merely a series of grunts, growls and clicks, which in the proper sequence form what appear to be words to our ears. Most of what he sings is done phonetically.
Yeah, Brian has developed his own language, ya see, called Johnsonese. Basically, it is very close to English, but it is spoken in such a way that it is very hard to understand. Only the most educated AC/DC fans know that he speaks this language. Still, he rocks.
It took me a while to understand what he said on AC/DC live , back in black track. I think he says: Hello Donigton how are you doing? You guys are great, we have som Back in Black for you, ready? Can anyone confirm it? Also in Shoot to thrill when the line goes "I'm like evil i get under your skin". I always thought he says: I mock evil i get under your skin :P I usually sing it that way too.Like it better :)
LMAOOOO listening to back in black on the live album, I always though Brian was saying, 'Hey, Im jonna B how ya doing???' XD
Some interesting facts about Brain in here... And sapator, he definetely says that.
Sapator, he actually says, "Hello, Guten Tag, how ya doin'? You guys look great. We Got some Back In Black for you, ready?" And as for FOTW, I hear, "Fly. Ow. You're all I can take (or "You're a trap", it's jumbled). Gonna lay on a trap, 'till dusk.Ooh make love, yeah." Sure, It doesn't make sense, but I listened closely for recurring themes in the known lyrics he may be tying into.
