Tour Tickets
I got a ticket to the San Jose show this morning. I searched with and without a fan club membership. First I tried to get 2 tickets as fast as I could without a membership. Result: 1st level, 3rd section back, row 15. Next I tried 2 tickets with a membership. Result: 1st level, 1st section back, row 5. Then I tried 1 ticket without a membership and got somewhere crappy on the first level. Then I tried one ticket with a membership and got 13th row floor, so I bought it. A word to anyone going to the SoCal shows. Looks like you will have to pay the "fan tax" if you want good seats.
Please tell me that you don't use chairs on stadium shows.
HP Pavilion in San Jose is an indoor arena. There will be chairs on the floor.
which means the two shows im going to has chairs >.<
Thanks for the hint @ erudite! I have read many stories on the official fanclub that members also got good floor seats on general admission. I haven't decided yet if I buy a 2nd membership or not but like always I will end up getting another one lol. Let's hope the best if it's worth the money again, last time I used my membership I ended up with lower upper level seats. Could have been better seats but considering the show got sold out after 5 mins. it was worth it every penny!
Haha. Sorry i'm laughing because i'm thinking on what will happen if they put seats to the Greek show...I would have gotten a helmet :)
haha sapator XD. Personnally, I think that all floor seating with no standing would suck at AC/DC show.
I went to TicketMaster's site the second Foxborough went on sale and got two seats on the floor, 30 rows back from the stage. Only $100 a piece out the door.
And that is the problem. Suppose i'm a frantic lunatic and i want to get as close to the stage as possible. With the rows at the arena stuff i would probably stuck 30 seats back. Now if you are in Europe you just push a little, and get in frond or wait early at the gates and run and get in front. Either wait if you arrive last at the gig (as i did in Milano (fuc#%#% bus!)) you can still get in front (i was in the 4th - 5th row if you calculate seats, 6th-7th if you calculate bodies(without space between and in front) with a little push and cleverness. For seat we have the music theater-opera in Athens.Get a ticket there, sit and hear people scream something in Italian. For gigs, push if you want to get in front, stay back if you are not very fanatic.Simple.
I have a feeling the security will be enforcing seating at Foxborough.
