Live Met, Why Not Live AC/DC
Metallica has a site where you can purchase a show of your choice. All of these shows are from the soundboard and dubbed livemets. If Metallica can let you buy there live shows, why can't AC/DC have a site where you can buy the soundboard recordings? It would be a big help to sites like grahams site Let There Be Rock.
They don't do that because they are not blood thirsty motherf$ckers like metallica$h.
well with all due respect....with this album its possible and wouldnt surprise me
Good, it's a good excuse for me to resign from being an AC/DC fan.
Such anger sapator. It would be cool for AC/DC to let people download their shows. I don't think it will ruin the fans view of them, some of us would like these shows.
They are already letting people download their shows and don't want a buck in return.
Well although I don't think they should charge for such a service, doing so doesn't necessarily make them money hungry.
I'm hoping for a site where you can buy or download for free soundboard recordings of the Black tour.
Clever.I did not say that i have a problem with an official site that will let you download for FREE sounboard recs. But i do have a problem with selling the soundboards. Ok you are a hardcore fan and they are charging 5$ for each recording. You want them all!! Calculate... And i'm superduper positive that you will NOT pay a buck and will try to downlolad for free from other people that were stupit enough to buy them. Am i wrong?
You're right. But free or not, I want the option.
i would like em to play my back garden too, you think thats gonna happen? as Sapator says "They are already letting people download their shows and don't want a buck in return." you seriously think they dont know about this site and sites like it? Malcolm doesnt let anything past him, they know alright. Not wanting to sound possibly paranoid but what does it take to register? an I.P. address and a valid email, Hmmm, wonder if weve got one of the AC/DC support staff as a member. point to ponder huh Dave
Of course they know about sites like this. They know all about the bootlegs. Hell, they used that Super 8 film from '79 on the Plug Me In set, and that wasn't even something most of us were aware of having existed. Indeed, they know about the bootleg trading, and seem to fully allow and enjoy the fact we, in essence, worship them enough to try and gather as much of them as we can, and then meet at sites like this, to discuss, trade, and bicker (oh yes, there's much of that) about our passion: THEM.
We do too bicker! Nuh-uh! Yeah huh! *push* *shove* LOL I dunno though, they don't seem like the most technologically skilled band if you know what I mean.
I dunno though, they don't seem like the most technologically skilled band if you know what I mean. Not ant to sound too sarcastic here, but do you know how to put the extra shit onto CDs, like they did with the reissues? Dont think its Malcolm or Angus that takes care of the websites somehow (going by the substandard of some of it anyway) as I said I aint aimin to offend, its just my abrasive Scottish manner!! LOL Dave
"Put the extra shit onto CDs"? WTF does that mean?
what I meant to say was the ConnectD features on the remastered CDs, ergo someone in the organisation knows their stuff technology wise
AC/DC doesn't even look at the website. I'd bet big money on that. I highly doubt they even remember what that Connected crap is. Sony was the reason that Connected stuff came about.
