Encore for Hampden Suggestion
according to the media, its the end of an era and the erse has fell out of the music world!!! And I thought you would all be distraught personally I dont think the manfreak is dead, my moneys on him havin done a Howard Hughes and disappeared!! 1- No artist however good they are,would/could do 50 nights at the o2.Especially with little or no rehearsal, considering the dance routines in his show etc. 2- he wanted to prove to the world he was still the no.1 gig draw, look at the frenzy he caused for tickets. big task to live upto that considering he is/was past it 3- he has good buddies in the middle east and the US who can help him disappear. royal family in bahrain etc 4- given his questionable childcare habits, who wouldnt want to vanish? ( and before anyone starts,no-one pays out millions to a childs family if they havent done fuck-all,I dont care what you say,any man with nothing to hide would fight tooth and nail with everything he had to prove that claim was rubbish! 5- Last coupla thoughts, he was only a singer, ploughed the same furrow time after time, for my ££ Prince has more talent in his wee finger, and he constantly reinvents himself!! R.I.P. Farrah Fawcett, poor woman died on the wrong day huh? totally forgotten in the Jackson media circus/hysteria wonder if DC will do an encore of Thriller on Tueday as a tribute? wee Angus doing the moonwalk anyone? hen Lennon died that IMHO was a reason for worldwide grief, THAT man was SPECIAL!! he tried to change the world with his music, same with George Harrison, 2 men who wanted a better world for us all. TRUE ICONS Jackson? Nope not in the same league im afraid
thanks for the mental image of Angus doing the moonwalk
I was never interested in Jackson music but i must admit that it was a special person.A man that can outrun Back in Black by million of sales deserves a little credit.MJ is a myth whether we like it or not. Same for Elvis. The man for me has done 2-3 decent songs at most and he became a myth. Of course for me AC/DC will not do an encore for MJ because he was a Pop singer but some other Pop Artists will certainly do some stuff.
I wouldnt put it past him, but yeah Farrah Fawcett AND Ed McMahon died on that day as well, they got screwed by the media. But I dont care. Farrah fawcett was a babe in her prime, look here http://photos.ecanadanow.com/farrah-fawcett-Anal-Cancer.jpg Anal cancer too, thats gotta suck.
I never got into Michael Jackson's music, I'm just not a pop kind of guy. I like to stick to my rock n roll thank you. It's hard to believe Thriller out did Back in Black. I agree with that fact the MJ did basically become a myth.
rereading my post, let me clarify: I dont give a hoot about MJ, its just that they are screwing everyone else over. In the paper this morning, MJ was front page, and had multiple pages. Farrah was the middle of the entertainment section, and had about a quarter of his.
And is this a death contest? I believe they should calm down for everyone that died.
Billy Mays should be overshadowing them all IMO. That's a man who's led a life of no regret!
Sorry to be the wise guy again but the person you mention is probably unknown to every continent except America(north), on the contrary M Jackson is know to almost every person in the world on ages 7-70. But again i don't like this death contest so i'll stop.
Billy Mays is known by every person on Earth, deal with it!
Sorry, never header of him till your mention. (actually i still don't know what he does but anyway)...
Billy Mays is THE pitchman. He could sell you your own dirty underwear.
THE pitchman...?Sorry guys i'm in the dark here. Anyway if he could sell my dirty underwear then he is truly a god :P
