Possibly another UK stadium leg next year?
I'll keep my fingers crossed. But if they do, (like has been mentioned by Brian according to a news article on this website, the one called 'AC/DC wont let me retire') where will they play? I mean they've already played Wembley and Hampden, so surely they wont re-do gigs there?!?! Also, since it would most certainly be the last leg of the tour, and possibly...............you know (I wouldnt like to think it and I wont mention it but you know what I mean) where exactly would they finish off????
God I hope they do another leg. As for Irish venues, Croke Park would be perfect.
Brian said they've been invited to do some festivals, so I would assume Download obviously, even though they wouldn't really fit in with the current Download bands.
I think Festivals too and Download would be the obvious one- but would Hyde Park fit in, to the end of the current otur schedule? as this would be a good fit too.
Aye good call on Croke Park Nervousshakedown. Only Prob is the sound is terrible for gigs in Croke Park..
If they do come back here like they said they would, my guess is they would possibly play venues in England such as: St. James' park, Newcastle (A no brainer, Brian's geordie hometown. Also there have been many big gigs held there over the last 10 or so years. Could fit in 70, 000 for a gig.) Stadium of light, Sunderland (Oasis played there in June, which I was at, it was the first concert held at the stadium, conert got great reviews, and people are expecting more gigs to follow there next summer. The stadium held just under 60,000 people for Oasis, so surely it would be another good proposition for AC/DC.) Millenium stadium, Cardiff, Wales. (Correct me if I'm wrong, but AC/DC have never played live in Wales. The Millenium stadium held the FA cup finals from 2002 until 2007, and holds big rugby games. If AC/DC ever say they will play in Wales, my guess would be this stadium.) Download Festival 2010. (The band were rumoured to be playing the fest this year, however those rumours were incorrect.Still, could well be there headlining there next year. Although a few of you people are saying that AC/DC wouldn't fit in with the current crop of bands, bear in mind that Def Leppard, Judas Priest, Kiss and Motorhead have all headlined the festival at some point over the last few years.) Other places worth mentioning, that I won't go into too much detail about: Hyde park, London Heaton park, Manchester Murrayfield, Scotland Twickanham stadium, London
Oh, and as for Ireland, Slane castle would be a possibility.
