Is there a bootleg with Brians first show in Belgium, and if there is can I have a download link please?

not to sound like a jackass but your the 1000th person to ask for it and there is no bootleg of that show as of yet. But believe me, if it does surface, everyone will know.

As I said, it's a rumour. More than likely it's an audience recording.
