I've been looking into it. At first, my thought was that he's digging his own grave by continuing to carry on like this. He's even posted links to his own site, so anyone can go directly to him if they want. But it is pretty annoying seeing all of the garbage posts, so I will be deleting them. I just need to look into what I have to do in order to keep everything accurate (counts, views, etc). Over the next week, I hope to find out what is all affected by deleting his posts and will get rid of them when I can.

from what little I know bout IPs etc, it depends if their internet provider has a dynamic ip address, i.e. rents server space for a short time and jumps to another, also in the UK TalkTalk provde the user with this and the ability to relinquish their IP address in order to restore their systems when it starts lagging!

In 99% of the cases the ip is not dynamic. Dynamic ip's are use by companies mostly.
