http://www.xcelenergycenter.com/videoplayer.jsp?IS_PLAY=Y&MM_FILE_ID=60 This is what I was trying to rip. The actual video itself is not available for download. I shot my computer screen with this video full screen with my Flip camcorder. Then I ripped the audio from the video then mixed it with my Flip video and here is the result. The quality is off a little because I converted the Flip video to a smaller video resolution. Hope you enjoy it!

i managed to get this video from xcel energy center website! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTfVKP7CB34 it was hard to rip the embedded flash, but i've made it after trying thousands different programs

BTW, what program did you use to rip the flash?

GetFLV - www.getflv.net the ripped flv was a little bit strange, some flv editors/converters, couldn't open it, but Any Video Converter easily convert it to mp4. both programs said that ripping/converting failed, but don't.
