Wal-Mart 5 song bonus disc with PMI
Does anybody know where I can find a sealed copy of this disc to purchase? I haven't seen it on Ebay or musicstack.com (the two sites I usually check). Thanks.
I;d be willing to burn you a copy of that, and a copy of the Best Buy disk as well
Thanks for the offer, but I already have copies of all three of the PMI bonus discs. For completionist reasons I wanted to get an original copy of the 5 song Wal-Mart disc since it's the only one of the three I'm missing from my collection.
Oh, I see. theres the Wal Mart, Best Buy, and whats the third one? I know how you feel though, wanting a complete collection.
As far as I can tell is was bundled with the 3 disc set, only at Walmart/Sam's Club. Here are the contents of each: 2 Song - Card Sleeve 3 Song - Best Buy Exclusive 5 Song - Walmart Exclusive - Card Sleeve 10 Song Radio Sampler
The radio sampler was a promo, only radio stations could get it.Anyhow ebay is a good option.
I never knew about the 10 song sampler. That would have made it a hell of a lot easier if I could have come across that one. I think the Wal-Mart disc came with the 2 DVD PMI, not the 3 disc one. I think Best Buy had the bonus disc with the 3 disc PMI. I've been tempted to order PMI from Wal-Mart but I'm not sure what the odds are of the disc still being with it after this much time has passed since its release. The search continues...
Seriously, what's the deal with Wal mart. F%ck them!Get it from somewhere else. P.S. The 10 song sampler would not have been easy to acquire, you may had to pay much.
Today I found the 10 song sampler at a used music store. Still sealed for $1.99. Now I have all 5 of them.

and as far as I know 3 different white promo DVD-R from france but I doesn't list them as it's really easy to make fake copies so for me they are worthless your 2 Promo DVD have silver pressed DVD's or DVD-R's any release numbers? could you make some photos for me I may send you pictures of my Radio sampler to compare could you send me your copy scans?
In my knowledge there is no Silver DVD promo of AC/DC. These DVD's are from Sony BMG headquarters (got them from a US friend of mine)no France fakes etc, so i can guarantee the authenticity ;) The DVD's are white and have AC/DC plug me in (disk1 or Disk2) DVD letters.The inner rim numbers will start with VA0707120 for disk1 and VA0707125 for disk2. Next numbers indicate the quantity of the disks and for disk1 is 7XXB20 and for disk2 is 7XXb19 with XX being 2 numbers. So you can also check how many are made (roughly 100 copies so it's rare alright). Everything else is fake.
could you make some photos for me especially rim numbers? nowadays there are really too many fakes floating on ebay

No problem Nate. suicide most of the fake CD's where from the SUL era that Atlantic made a lot of promo CD-R's.And of course the current stuff. An advice is to look for non company marks on the cd rim.Of course fake is always possible.Also on the Radio CD-R's they usual go on PRINCO if i remember correctly but then again also can be copies.Anything radio pre 1995 that is not silver cd is probably fake with very few exceptions. Ventor please remind me next week cuz i have lent my camera on a friend till Monday.Will be happy to give some photos for you guys, don't know if i can capture the rim numbers thought cuz they are very small.Will try.

Well the disks exist but you can't be really sure if they are fake or not. I have 2 or 3 of these and i remember getting them from a seller that sold me this: http://www.acdc-discography.com/p36.html And thanks to the 3 inner rims i could authenticate it.So i figured that he sells authentic, the disks had all the non inner marks but then again who knows. I can only confirm disks that i get from reliable sources (radio,long year trusted sellers etc). My opinion is not to give your Money on unauthenticated CD-DVD-R's. Silver is worth more and is very hard to duplicate.
