Hi, i'm not sure if it works but you ask at eventim (the official booking agency) if they change tickets...

Does not work.I had seat tickets and i did exactly what you suggest.They told me i can go fu...Sorry, told me to sell them.I was planning to, i forgot it and now i actually have a ticket intact for collective purposses.

I wanted to also, since I was in one of the higher sections, and wanted to know if I could excange, they said I couldnt.
