As discussed a while back there are bootlegs called AC/DC demos (or even Tantrum) that are really The Marcus Hook Rock and Roll Band. Vanda and Young with Angus and Malcolm (pre-AC/DC, 1973). My question concerns the different versions. Before The Thunder has (I think) 9 tracks. But I have a version called "Back Into The Black". This one also has additional Marcus Hook tracks plus the AC/DC/Dave Evans single. Does anyone know where the extra tracks for Marcus Hook Band come from. A different album or singles perhaps????

What's up JR? I haven't talked to you in awhile. The version I have for the Marcus Hook Roll Band has the following tracks>> 1. Natural Man 2. Louisiana Lady 3. Shot In The Head 4. Can't Stand The Heat 5. Goodbye Jane 6. Quick Reaction 7. The People And The Power 8. Red Revolution 9. Cry For Me 10. Silver Shoes 11. Watch Her Do It Now 12. Apeman 13. Moonshine Blues 14. Boogalooing Is For Wooing 15. Hoochie Koochie A lot of the people who have this also have the additional Dave Evans "Rockin' In The Parlour" and "Can I Sit Next To You Girl" added on at the end. From what I understand, I believe that the Marcus Hook Roll Band released like 3 albums and I am guessing that these tracks are a "best of" type thing that has been passed around. In my opinion, the songs are horrible and I only have it because of the AC/DC collection. I think it is unclear as to which tracks specifically Angus and Malcolm sat in on for their session work. Hope all is well with you. Scotty from Detroit
