When I tried to upload a PNG file of a screenshot from one of my DVDs to my collection page, the picture doesn't show up in the photo gallery for the item. Does the picture uploader support PNG at all or do I have to upload JPG only?

PNG's aren't supported at the moment. I thought I could add it quickly, but something isn't working right & I may have to update my server to get them to work. I'll try again later & see if I can get them going. For now, JPG & GIF are supported.

Okay, Nate, thanks for the info. I'll see if I can get the PNGs converted to JPGs.

PNGs can be converted to JPGs very easily using a program called IrfranView. All you do is open the file, click Save As in the File menu, and choose JPG from the File Type drop down menu. It's much easier, and much, much faster than using a program like Photoshop or GIMP.

Actually, I'm using Windows Live Photo Gallery to convert PNGs to JPGs. Just got a new computer with Windows 7 a couple of days ago, so I'm trying to get used to some new programs I have on my PC.
