Nope.the only thing you can find will be Highway To Hell Buenos Aires on the Iron Man 2 DVD and there are a few 1:15 second clips of Rock 'N Roll Train around on youtube that are incomplete.

Munich and Franfurt Germany 2009 are really really good audience boots that are close to sound board though
