What is the best software to design DVD artwork?

I'm looking for software to design DVD artwork does anyone have any suggestions on what would be a good program?

You can create the cover in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe InDesign with relative ease. My recommendation is to use Photoshop at 300 DPI setting to avoid pixelation when you print out the cover. InDesign can help with the layout if you're unsure whether or not the size specifications are accurate or not. Hope that helps.

I usually create all my pirated DVD covers with my pirated Nero Cover Designer software.
