Never cared for I-tunes to begin with. Won't lose any sleep over it. Besides, I have all AC/DC albums which I paid good money for :)

Who wants a bet that if they every get out of Sony, the next day they will be on i-tunes? Anyway i haven't even hit the i-tunes site never ever in my life. I have everything i want for free(the finger to the record companies, double finger on apple) and everything i want to check from the band formerly known as AC/DC from now on will be free downloads. I think i've "earned" this right by having more than 300 cd's of them.

I have no problem with iTunes. The world's changing and iTunes is part of that change. If AC/DC were that concerned about one company distributing all of their stuff, they didn't have to give all of their stuff to Sony. They could have done something like the following: Vivendi-Universal: Distributes Bon Scott-era AC/DC. Sony: Distributes 90s-era AC/DC. Both: split 80s era AC/DC. Independent/Online distribution (band distributes): Everything from 2000s on. DVD/Live digital distribution: Bidding war for each potential live album/DVD and/or distribute through independent record stores. All this is to say that Brian Johnson is talking the talk, but not walking the walk. If he was really concerned about handing his music over to a faceless monopoly that only cares about the money and not the music, he wouldn't have handed over all of the rights to his music to Sony - a faceless monopoly that only cares about the money and not the music!

I will spend money on a cd for my favorite band, so doesn't bother me. There are many I know who also dislike the choices and limited albums of some bands that are offered on Itunes. Plus not to mention an update almost every month to download (OK, maybe exagerrating just a smidgen).

What i'm really amused with is that some people are to scared by the system so they are buying all the albums. And i'm not talking about DC, i'm talking about useless albums of any kind of music. The system scares them so much that they are terrified to even download a official song of a band just for testing the music. Of course i'm not talking about Europe. P.S. AC/DC deserved their albums(till black ice) to be bought so they got my money but that was a personal choice.I bought the albums like saying, thank you for your music, but that is over. Ok errr the other 280+ are for collective use and i can easily get their money worth back + interest if i decide to sell them. :P
