Can someone help me with a little dilemma?
Okay, here's the story: I recorded the Colchester '78 show off VH1 Classic last night and I watched it and it was great, until... the assholes (excuse my language) over at Comcast issued one of those stupid required weekly EAS tests during "Let There Be Rock" and that ruined the recording. I'm looking for a segment of LTBR from Colchester between when Bon sings the lines "Let There Be Light, sound, drums, guitar!" and "One night at a club called The Shaking Hand..." just right before the credits roll. I hope to use said segment to replace the segment that was interrupted by Comcast. Other than that, I caught most of the recording. Can anyone help me solve this little issue? Any help is certainly appreciated. Thanks, Jim/doctoracdc72 :)

Actually, never mind, I've decided to keep the EAS interruption in the recording. This recording is the only one I have until another rerun airs on VH1 Classic soon. I'll keep on the lookout. Right now I'm editing out the commercials and will burn to the video to a DVD.
Sounds great man :) Plans on sharing or just personal use? lol
why not just download the entire show without commercials and save time and energy?
Because that youtube version is shit in quality...
doctoracdc72, Does this copy have the complete version of LTBR? Most of the time they stop it at the credits when there is another 4 minutes to go. And when is the BBC going to air the complete video of Live Wire? I recorded this off a NJ station back in 1981 they played the complete show no commercials LTBR ws complete but they always talked over it.
RockerBon: No, this video ends when Angus starts on his end-of-the-song solo, which is about a couple of minutes after the credits roll. Also, the song is interrupted in the middle by one of those stupid weekly required EAS tests, but it'll have to do until I record a rerun.
Okay I just added the video to my tradelist. Here is info from my acdc-bootlegs member page: http://acdc-bootlegs.com/boots/boots_show.php?bid=3904&uid=21540
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4BVydcWnd9E that's entire show in not bad quality. or you could just find one of the 8 trillion bootleg versions of this. i have this on DVD along with 2 other shows. i think the title is "AC/DC Live '77-'78."
Chanantes compiled an upgrade off of a similar broadcast within the last few years. This may help you out. Bootleg Info I don't have it on acdc-videos yet for some reason, but will see if I can dig up some screen shots.
