Everyone, head to ultimate-guitar.com and look under news about phil. So this means he will be able to tour whenever they decide to do so. that makes me happy

I am SOOO GLAAADDDD I heard the news on AC/DC Zone. When I read it I misunderstood it because it used the word "Quashed"(First time I heard it) And I thought that this was it. Until I Googled the word Quashed then I was SUUPPERR HAPPY that it meant that Phil and AC/DC is SAVED!! I wonder what Malcolm is thinking...

Also wasn't Phil in trouble years ago? He was in the same position as he was now I think it was something like Assault?

yeah. he allegedly assaulted his wife, girlfriend, friend, assistant or something on a boat were all he did was grab her and shake her. she probably couldn't take the awesome of being that close to Rudd and froze up.
