Hi Wesley, it comes from: 1-4 Boston 21.08.1978, 5 Nijmegen 23.10.1978, 6-8 London Marquee 26.07.1976, (Highway To Hell its probably Its a long way to the top - as in my CD copy, otherwise it would be probably Hammersmith 79)
