Songbooks tablature
Hi Buddies, I´d been search the net for ACDC guitars songbooks in tablature format. This is what a have found in places like Taringa, megaupload, etc.: - Antology - Best Of - High Voltage - Let There Be Rock - Highway To Hell - Back In Black. Right now I´m looking for "Powerage", "Dirty Deeds" "For Those" and "Flick Off". Can anyone hear help me in my search? Thanks a lot in advance. I mean real proffesional tabs in songbooks. I don´t wanna those shitty tabs that are easy to find in hundreds of tabs pages. Those sucks. Thanks again.
Try this one, lots of tabs ;) http://www.highwaytoacdc.com/index.php?zone=tablatures/index
Thanks for the link. The page is nice, but it´s got those low quality tabs i meant above. What i´m looking for it´s something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Best-AC-DC-Guitar-Tab/dp/0825625823/ref=pd_cp_b_2 Like this, but scanned in pdf format. Right now I´m looking for "Powerage", "Dirty Deeds" "For Those" and "Flick Off" Thanks anyway.
i have who made who in pdf pm me if interested
@ mathius, sorry my link was not what you were looking for. Hopefully you can find the better quality tabs such as the one Jesse mentioned. Good luck ;)
mathius don't get the book you are linking it's crappy made. I would suggest something like this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/AC-DC-Bonfire-/290644576322?pt=US_Nonfiction_Book&hash=item43abc44842 As a guitarist in the past few years i have been collecting most of the AC/DC tab books made until 2006.I have some rare ones that are hard to track so if you require a specific song let me know and if i have it i can tab a few pictures.I'm sorry i will not post entire books i don't have the patience for this. What i don't have as a book tab is Flick of the Switcharou,Stiff upper(hmm, maybe i have this one but not sure) and Blow up.I don't believe they made books for those(The did for Stiff upper),ah and Fly on the wallpaper. I'm talking about official releases, right? For example what you have in the link is not official, thus it's a crap bomb.
Right now I´m looking for "Powerage", "Dirty Deeds" "For Those" and "Flick Off. I have all these except Flick(does not exist). If you need a specific song let me know and pray that i'm in good mood to take pictures. As usual i exchange AC/DC material with exotic dancers with big boobs ages 19-29, must be genuine female, Bruno. :P
I have the Best of one you linked and an Anthology on PDF
Sap how does that Bonfire one compare to the Family Jewels book? Are the tabs the same (involving the songs that are found on both) or does the Bonfire one use any live transcriptions? How about Dirty Eyes, Back Seat, and the demos, are those included?
@ mathius, if you Google AC/DC 'Flick Of The Switch' tablatu, there are a couple sites which have the tabs for this one. Probably not a professional quality tab, but better than nothing ;)
SGthunder33 i don't have Family Jewels book and i didn't know there was one made. All the official books are standard non live tab's (even the ac/dc live tab book does not have live tab's). Demos included but if you know the original tunes you can easily play the demos by yourself me thinks. Now that you mention Family Jewels, why doesn't Sony put out the new books with remastered pages(same tab's different font,Arial $onyng), guitar picks and pin's?How about it Sony, i would love a new pin.Oh please Sony pleeease!
^ There are many AC/DC tablature books, just do a search in Google Books. Even a bass tablature book for your famous AC/DC songs.
Even one for ukelele!!! http://books.google.com/books?id=_kPkRwAACAAJ&dq=ac/dc+tablatures&hl=en&ei=GuvnTqyWL8OUtwf2sLH_CQ&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=7&ved=0CFwQ6AEwBjgK
Lol.Ye, when i first started to learn music it was either guitar banjo ukelele or bagpipes. As a respect to Bon i didn't play bagpipes. Ah also another option was the 2 spoons that you hit together in western cowboy films but this also required spitting and as being a sports athlete i usually was spittless.
Are is it spoon or fork.I always mess these up.Anyhow the one for the soup.
"when i first started to learn music it was either guitar banjo ukelele or bagpipes" lol, Banjo, now that would be fun to see an AC/DC tune played with! I would picture the kid from 'Deliverance' sitting on the porch (or Sony steps, er) playing Dirty Deeds while his dad plays the spoon/forks ;)
He he, Sap check this out!! lol : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtNKnTAE06Q
I can't i have no speakers since yesterday! Actually i remember a band that played AC/DC western style.I'm not sure if it was Hayseed Dixie
Hi guys, I wanna thank you all for helping me. Look, this is a nice list of almost all songbooks that exist: http://www.ac-dc.net/collectors/songbooks.php And from all of them, this is my main target at this moment: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0825613264/acdcelectrshock/ Thanks Sap for your offer, but i´m interested in downloading the whole songbook. Somewhere in the net, i´ll finish to find it. I Know the tabs in this book (or in any book) aren´t completely correct, but i only use them as a point of reference. I prefer to use my ears to learn how to play a song, and only consult the tabs in few occasions when there´s something i´m not sure about.
Ha.Nice i have this one you are looking for :) Here: http://i841.photobucket.com/albums/zz335/matador1955/Dana/DSC_0581.jpg .....Errr, oups,ehmm, i meant , err , here: http://i470.photobucket.com/albums/rr62/klaint/book194copy.jpg
^ Sap, was that first link the bonus tab that came with that one?!!! Nice ;)
Er,ye,exactly shakedown, the...Bonus tab. I could do a scan on the bonus tab any day :P
