2003 Remasters
Did the 2003 remasters come in any sort of case and how many of the albuns were in the set, cheers

Ballbreaker wasn't reissued in the US until '05, and Stiff Upper Lip was reissued two years later.
^that's what i thought too, but the credits on the back covers of both of them say 2004.
