I am going through my boots collection, and have 2 boots titled 'Live In Grenoble' and 'Live' which are supposedly from the same concert according to here: 'Live' http://www.badboyboogie.de/bootlegs/1137.html 'Live In Grenoble' http://www.badboyboogie.de/bootlegs/1140.html I believe 'Live In Grenoble' is labelled wrong since the Grenoble '81 gig was performed on 1/10/81 and the 'Live' gig which is from 1/11/81 Nizza, Trinite Stade Municipal sounds different than the Grenoble boot I have which has 14 tracks. 'Live' and 'Live In Grenoble' however both have 8 tracks and are exact in sound, which is poor quality, where my Grenoble '81 boot on cd-r has 14 tracks with better quality and different concert. So my question, is the 'Live In Grenoble' boot just labelled wrong and is indeed the 1/11/81 Trinite, Stade Municipal? I think this might be an easy question to answer, but would like it confirmed by someone who may know. Great to have both concerts, although quality as I mentioned on the Grenoble '81 boot with 14 tracks is better than the 8 track Trinite recording. Thanks

Hello ShakedownIce, both bootlegs are from the same concert!! The "Live" bootleg is the original from 1981. Released in blue and black vinyl. You find it sometimes under the name "Live In Italy" or "1812". "1812-A" and "1812-B" is the Matrixnumber for A and B-side. "Live In Grenoble" is a reissue from the mid 1980's with the same Matrixnumber than "Live". It was released with two differt colours for cover. One in olive and one in orange. This boot has black vinyl only. The Grenoble show was taped completley. That's the CDR you have. From the Nizza show is not more know than the 8 tracks from these boots. Hope this has helped you.

^ Hey thanks Bernd for the info which helps confirm this as I thought. Also, thanks for the past upload of the Cobo Hall 1981 show (I think it was you) you posted awhile back. Enjoyed listening to it again!

Hello ShakedownIce, I'm glad that I could help. Here are some additional informations from German Fan Magazine's site Daily Dirt: http://www.my-acdc.net/index.php?id=27&all=1&ac5=4db58ca01d4cebf229d773389609072e http://www.my-acdc.net/index.php?id=27&all=1&ac5=7931be1ac2e5cf705c536a85417b527e http://www.my-acdc.net/index.php?id=27&all=1&ac5=ebe3c8fa5188febae2686692696432fb http://www.my-acdc.net/index.php?id=27&all=1&ac5=78dd6f77c47bb3ee4825a84b917d947f You can search the database there to get more informations about AC/DC bootlegs. Yes, it was me, who posted the Detroit show. This is one of my favorite shows from the "For Those About To Rock" tour.
