So it's a ways away, but I just finalized it today and had to post about it... On July 24 or 25 I'll be heading up to Seattle to see the Australia's Family Jewels exhibit at the emp museum! I'm excited, and I'll be sure to take pictures and share em. Has anyone else had the opportunity to go yet?

I'll probably head up to Seattle sometime to check out the exhibition, but right now I'm currently packing up boxes and I plan to move to a new place in a town called Long Beach, which is located on the southern Washington coast. I'm moving out of the city of Spokane and into my new place this coming weekend. Wish me luck!

Was hoping to go, but money is tight and I have the in-laws coming down in July, and family doings in August, along with finding a place closer to my wife's work (moving too!!), so funds are tied up. Good luck Doc on the move and looking forward to some awesome pics SG!!

I'm in Florida too todds!!! Where at in Florida are you?I'm 20 minutes from the Historic Town known as St. Augustine..About 45 minutes from Jacksonville. I wish I could go...I'm friends with the AC/DC Buttonman who lives in Seattle and he has been trying to get me to go but my dad can't afford to fly both my dad and I out there lol....You guys should meet up with him, if any of you are going. He is there all the time lol. Plus he has some really cool stories about meeting several of the band members several times and being on MTV when AC/DC did that "Take Over" thing for Stiff Upper Lip. Here's his facebook if anyone is interested in chatting with him: https://www.facebook.com/acdc.buttonman

I'm in Panama City. St. Augustine is very nice. Been all over florida. Got friends in Jacksonville too. Still wondering if I will try to get to Seattle. I havn't seen my brother since summer '98. Might be a great time for a "trip". Todd

I had the green light to go to this, having a few friends in the area I could stay with. Got as far as looking up flights and knew right away it wasn't going to happen. As much as I'd like to go, spending $400-$500 for a weekend trip on travel alone isn't going to happen.

Yeah they better allow cameras, because I plan on going in with a clear memory card and taking a bunch photos! And hopefully you can find the time Doc, luckily it's there until September I think. @AngusRudd - I'll definitely look for the Buttonman haha I checked out his pictures and he's got a pretty sweet jacket! He should be a member of this site!

HIghly recommended... I was in Seattle by coincidence and found the museum Malcolm's white Gretsch superangus costume a cannon from the FTATR tour tons of pictures and posters no flash photography I took pictures but I should have shot video I was tempted to write done every date on every poster to confirm live dates.. between the AC/DC exhibit and the Nirvana and the Hendrix exhibit, I thought my head was going to explode
