Ok, as I was going through my collection of boots and starting to make more artwork covers for ones I do not have, I noticed a cd-r labelled "The Apollo (Glasgow) 1980-11-1". As I started to listen to it and browse the 'Concert History' here, I noticed the tracks and track order are way off. For example, track 2 according to here is 'Shot Down In Flames', but on my recording 'Have A Drink On Me' is track 2 and if you listen to the concert, it is from the same show as it is after 'Hells Bells' which is the first track. There are other tracks on here which are not on the setlist on this site. I know things are not 100% accurate here, but weird that there is a setlist here and no circulated recording given, but I have one labelled as such with different tracks. I know this show I have is from Glasgow because right before 'Have A Drink On Me', Brian says "here's a song for Glasgow, ready?" and after 'The Jack' he says something which is hard to make out, something about "fucking Glasgow". I checked the 1982 Glasgow setlists and since the 1981 setlists are not listed, I cannot confirm if this is from the November 1, 1980 show or not. Here is the tracks on the cd-r I have of this show: 01. Hells Bells 02. Have A Drink On Me 03. Sin City 04. Shoot To Thrill 05. Back In Black 06. Bad Boy Boogie 07. RnR Ain't Noise Pollution 08. Highway To Hell 09. The jack 10. Dirty Deeds 11. Whole Lotta Rosie Now here are the tracks according to Concert History: 1) Hells Bells 2) Shot Down in Flames 3) Sin City 4) Back in Black 5) Bad Boy Boogie 6) The Jack 7) Highway to Hell 8) What Do You Do for Money Honey 9) High Voltage 10) Whole Lotta Rosie 11) Fling Thing 12) You Shook Me All Night Long 13) TNT 14) Let There Be Rock If you listen closely after the last track on my recording ('Whole Lotta Rosie")as it starts to fade out, you can hear the drums start to 'Let There Be Rock', but it is missing from this show I have. I have uploaded the concert I have and provided a link for anyone to see if they can verify if this is indeed the November 1, 1980 Glasgow show, or if it is from a different Glasgow show in a different year. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this one as to I am confused and have artwork all made out for this, but am holding off submitting it just in case it is not the Glasgow 1980 show as labelled. Thanks guys ;) Scott Link of recording: https://hotfile.com/dl/165578513/7ac6382/ACDC-_Apollo_(Glasgow)_1980-11-1.zip.html

^Thanks Jeffro, so looks like yours is the same as mine. What are your thoughts on this? Do you think this is the November 1, 1980 show by listening to the spots where Brian says "Glasgow" and the songs they played? I myself think this is the correct setlist and the one on here is wrong.

Just researched the concert history about this and nowhere in 1980 can we find either Have A Drink on Me or RNR ain't Noise Pollution in the setlist. Can't find Have a Drink in 1981 either. But i found a really similar setlist from 1982 : October 9, 1982 -- Apollo, Glasgow, Scotland Set List: 1) Hells Bells 2) Have a Drink on Me 3) Shot Down in Flames 4) Sin City 5) Shoot to Thrill 6) Back in Black 7) Bad Boy Boogie 8) Rock and Roll Ain t Noise Pollution 9) Highway to Hell 10) The Jack 11) Let s Get it Up 12) Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap 13) Whole Lotta Rosie 14) Let There Be Rock 15) Live Wire 16) For Those About to Rock 17) TNT Now here there are a few more trax but the track order is the same. It might not be that exact gig, although both shows were played in Glasgow. But my bet is that what you got is a gig from 1982.

^Dean, thanks much for the info. I do have the October 9, 1982 Glasgow concert and will have to listen to this one tomorrow and compare it with the questionable recording (Glasgow 1980?) to compare. I also have the October 8, 1982 (Glasgow) recording and will give that one an ear also, this way I can try to see if one of these is the same one I am questioning. I did notice 'Have A Drink On Me' shows up in the 1982 setlist and 'What Do You Do For Money Honey' was the one song from BIB that was performed during 1980. However, as you mentioned 'Have A Drink On Me' and 'RNR Ain't Noise Pollution' are not in the 1980 setlist which would eliminate this show being from that tour. I will give the two Glasgow 1982 shows a listen and post my findings tomorrow. The recording I have obviously is incomplete and is missing some tracks, and I also noticed on a few tracks the songs cut at the end where the taper stopped the recorder, then started back on another track leading me to believe the tracks not on this one were not recordedfor some reason (tape problems, poor quality, etc.). Thanks again Dean for taking the time to look into this ;)

Yep, Dean hit it on the head. This is the same show (1982-10-9) which is identical in audio and has the same announcements by Brian as I described. Wonder why this one was labelled wrong and is missing a lot of tracks? Who knows, but in the garbage it goes ;)

^ Sure hope others contribute here, getting sick of uplading stuff, but when I need a show or 2, no one seems to give a rat's ass. That's ok, karma comes hard!! BTW, nothing against you Big Jack, just getting sick of people on this site asking for shit, but when myself and others lend a hand with shows, artwork, Concert History contributions, etc. we get nothing. Gets frustrating after awhile.
