Maximum Overdrive Mixes
i know there is already a post in about the Maximum Overdrive songs, but im not really interseted in the extra insrumentals right now, im wondering if anyone has the mixes that were in the movie for "Hells Bells" and "You Shook Me All Night Long" also i noticed that in the movie there is another version of "Who Made Who" being played in the opening credits, since ive never found anything on it im wondering if anyone has that either? ok thanks, if you have them please let me know
i have a US cassette ( old one) from Who made who that has a different version of that song,, different mix, might be a extended version of the movie´s version. try looking in a old tape been in a record shop for a old US cassette, youl be surprised.
i got the cd with the bits and pieces of MO i bought it some yrs ago on ebay if you're interested i'll send it to ya
is that the 12in version??? that's the version the radio station here in st. louis plays. not the 3:30 version on the cd. I had to rip it off the station when they played it. (AC/DC is played alot on this station) as far as the movie It was stupid...I only saw it for the music!!!
im not sure what you mean with 12in version, cause i have it on record and it is exactly the same as the regular
this other version of who made who starts with angus' guitar then the drum beat that's a bit longer before brian starts singing. it clockes in at about 4:40 cuz it has a diffrent ending. the album/cd version is just about three and a half minutes long. when I called the radio station about this they said it was a 12in rock version of the song. I beleive its a b-side to the original single of who made who. check the booklet for the epic remaster of who made who and there is a picture of the ad for it next to malcom near the end . its a special collectors mix. I had to wait to hear the song to record it on disc.
yeah i know about that, i have that one on my ipod, that was the special collectors mix that was indeed a b-side for the who made who single, but what im looking for is pretty much the same as the normal track, only different, in the movie they play what im looking for and apparently there are demos out there from what i have read but i cannot find them, and since the movie played original music i safely assume that is the demo
sorry my friend i only have the original and special mix and I also have that on my phone/mp3 player. good luck finding the version your looking for!
