The middle part sounds like an excerpt of the 1977 BBC TV show, the first two songs are 79-xx-xx, Rosie is unknown to me, and the last couple songs sound like a 76 BBC radio session.

Thanks for uploading but: 1. http://acdc-bootlegs.com/concerthistory/?gig=622 and http://ac-dc.net/archives/date.php?date_id=1374 says it's Sun. 16 Sep. 1979 : El Paso, TX USA (Civic Center) not Tucson. 2. It's compilation from different sources. First song "Highway To Hell" from Hammersmith Odeon, London November 2nd 1979, "Problem Child" (and maybe "Hell Ain't A Bad Place To Be") London, October 27 1977.
