Bob Richards on drums
Does anyone know why Bob Richards played drums in the "Rock or Bust" music video shoot? What's happening with Phil?
Confirmation? Who is Bob Richards anyway? Maybe Phil will be inserted in post?
Read somewhere Phil had to leave for family reasons. Not sure who Bob Richards is yet.
There's a few people that went to the video shoot who are posting on Twitter that Bob Richards was playing drums for the video. That's the only confirmation I have. All cameras and cell phones were taken prior to shooting, so no one has any actual photos or video yet.
Don't know who he is, but this is the only drummer named Bob Richards I found in the net:

Looks like the same drums (someone pointed out on a Facebook page that the drums were Premiere brand, and, of course, Phil has always been on Sonor, originally white kick head Sonor drums in the 70s, then black since Ballbreaker) and the same hair style.
I just hope Phil ain't done with the band and that Bob was brought in just to fulfill contractual obligations to get the video shot on a certain day. According to reports I found after doing some digging, Play Ball was shot the day before and, apparently, WITH Phil on drums in the video. Of course the album has Phil on drums.
If you don't mind me butting in... I love the band 'Man'. Many aficianodo's of the band say Terry Williams is the best of all the Man drummer's (there've been millions over the years!), but Bob most certainly was the best.
I understand it will be difficult for AC/DC fans when a favourite is replaced (I don't know the why's and wherefore's, whether it's the video shoot only, or otherwise), but if I may say, not only is Bob Richards is a most brilliant drummer, but a top, top fella to boot.

I heard Phil does not get along with Stevie Young, hope this is not the case.
Phil was called out right before the shoot on a 'family emergency'.
