Does anybody know the locations of all the tracks from the live album 2cd collectors edtion?

Members of the site started working on this a few years ago.  The layout hasn't been updated, but the content is still there.  I talked to a few people close to the band and we might never know exactly where all of the tracks are from as some are mixed with the same songs from different shows.

Those in wikipedia are correct becase i have those bootlegs and they match the same speed and performance.
