I gave a listen to some of the Easybeats stuff - it really gives you a good perspective of where the AC/DC sound came from. They have a few pop-hits, but a lot of it is really garage-rock and raw sounding.

It really makes sense when you think of Vanda and Young as AC/DC's first producers.
