Site Downtime
Hey folks The sites will be down at some point next week for a few days. My current hosting company has started being dicks regarding some help tickets, so I'm moving back to a company I've hosted with before. I was hoping to have the new design done before doing this (I was planning on moving at the end of the summer anyways), but I'm just jumping ship now and getting it moved as soon as I can. The site should transfer just fine, it's just it'll take 24-72 hours for the domain name to propegate the changes throughout. Just a heads up. I'm hoping for the middle/end of next week. Nate
Hello there:) I havent posted on here before..so please excuse me if im in the wrong place My name is Matt, 30..ish years old..and hail from newcastle England I have downloaded two fantastic bootlegs from this site since joining..and would like to firstly say thank you..really appreiciate all you do here! secondly..I would like to try and give something back..with that in mind i have painted a wallpaper image for bootlegs .com and if bignate likes it..would like to submit it.... i just dont know where to send the image any help appreciated Matt

Looks pretty good, maybe a little less of the watercoloring effect though, and, well, my new laptop has a widescreen, so maybe making up two different versions, one standard size, and the other one for widescreen displays would be nice. It wouldn't be that much of a difference either, not as much as the way they convert movies from 16:9 aspect to 4:3 aspect ratio.
Thanks for your opinion travishayes..it all counts. the watercolour effect was intentional tho..sorry if you dont find it to your taste..we are all differant:) as for fitting any image to your laptop?..you can save the image, then resize it in 'paint' or any other graphic application you have installed on your new laptop:)( i generally just tend to change the colour of the desktop background to suit the image) Failing that, if Nate likes any of the images I make in the future and deems them good enough to use..I will make various sizes. cheers Matt
