Weswood Superstar 1 Radio Concerts
Hey, I just got this bootleg off of emule (p2p program) and I've had some trouble identifing it. I listened to the intro which the announcer said this is an AC/DC BBC concert collection from 76-79 and after that some advertisment came on. So I want to ask if anyone has ever heard of this bootleg, no one has it on their tradelists, badboyboogie doesnt have it listed on there, but it may have a different title, but I really don't know. If anyone has some info just let me know! (oh and ill get the track list up soon)
There are a few listed on badboyboogie.de related to the BBC broadcasts. Most point to at least part of it being July 26, 1976 in London and November 2, 1979 in London. Depends on what's on the bootleg, but here are some links: BBC Transcription Service/76 BBC Transcription Service/79 BBC Transcription Services The BBC Tapes The BBC Tapes Vol 2
Heres the track listing: 01 intro 02 live wire 1975 03 its a long way to the top 1975 04 soul stripper 75 05 high voltage 75 06 let there be rock 77 07 problem child 77 08 hell aint a bad place to be 77 09 whole lotta rosie 78 10 shot down in flames 79 11 sin city 79 12 the jack 79 13 highway to hell 79 14 girls got rythym 79 15 if you want blood 79 16 outro This is the only info i got on the tracks, i'm positive Problem Child is from Golders Green Hippodrome 77(which isn't listed on any of the BBC show on badboyboogie) and If You Wan't Blood isn't from Townson,Md of the HammerSmith, London and thats all I know.
lol...that would explain why you were having problems finding info....much like the version of Touch Too Much that was supposedly played during either the 88 90 or 91 tours...
Well actually I still haven't identifying it yet, badboyboogie doesnt have it nor have I seen it on this site.
I believe I have it listed here Unfortunately, I don't have the dates on there though. Someone else may be a bigger help to you.
Yeah that's it, where'd you find it? I'll listen to it and try to compare and identify the tracks. But thanks for the help
