Well, you could use Foobar2000 media player...or just google "mp3 track tagging software".

does foobar, let you "offically" track tags like if i tagged them, then burnt them,then ripped them,i wouldnt get an "unknown albm" and "track 01" instead of the real track name?

Well, the version I have has support for FreeDB, same with CDex. FreeDB CDDB registry entries use the track times and total tracks to create an "unique" id.
