Really, all you need is the Stiff Upper Lip live DVD and the know how to rip the audio.

Oh I guess I never made the connection. but wouldnt that not be a bootleg?

While it may technically be a bootleg, it will most likely be considered official material by most sites since it was released in dvd format. Sites like Dime don't even allow audience recordings of shows that have been officially released (Donington, No Bull, Stiff Upper Lip Live, etc). The final decision will come down to the mods/admin of the hub or website.
