Hi, what do you guys think about the rumors concerning small AC/DC gigs in clubs? Heard of anything? I have. I heard in the radio (well actually they called me asking my opinion) that they'll be in a club called "Glashaus" in switzerland on 25.01. I'd be very happy if someone knows more upon this. Greetings

I'd be more than happy to be proven wrong, but I'm not holding my breath that they will happen. Last I heard, Brian had Classic Rock Cares gigs scheduled throughout the USA in February that might conflict with the rumored shows at the end of this month.

The news being everywhere, I called the Club and a lady confirmed that AC/DC will be special guests to the Jan. 25th club members diner. No way to get tickets.

You can read it here: hitparade.ch and here they are all yalling, cause tickets up to 480 swiss franks, and the club is for 300 guests only, most of them club members, so its nearly impossible to get tickets. today should be a pe report of this gig on swiss tv 10 vor 10.. i will have a look ;)

in the immortal words of Nat "King" Cole...........There may be trouble ahead.............. glad to see the boys are coming out to play (possibly) but I dont think this is the best way to do it,a tiny club? cmon guys, theyre WAY WAY TOO BIG for that nowadays, the police in Switzerland will be loving this, the prospect of 1000's of DC fans showing up without tickets, look what happened at the Hammersmith in 2003, the demand for tickets was phenominal, personally speaking, if the guys want to get back to seeing the whites of the audiences eyes, I woulda thought getting rid of the Rosie bouncy castle and all that crap and do a world theatre tour ala 1979/80, you know, Apollos, Odeons etc. Shit in Scotland for some reason they keep playing that tin hut in Glasgow, the SECC, I remember back in the day when they would play BOTH Edinburgh(the Capital of Scotland!!!) and Glasgow, sometimes 2 nights in each, but hey that was before the businessmen and accountants started dictating the tour schedules, want my advice guys? PLAY A FULL SMALL THEATRE WORLD TOUR AND DROP THE ARENA PROPS, VIDEO SCREENS AND BLOW UP DOLLS ETC,IF WE WANT TO LOOK AT A VIDEO SCREEN WERE AS WELL TO PUT ON YOUR DVDS, OR ALTERNATIVELY PLAY AN ARENA WORLD TOUR. PS MURRAYFIELD IN EDINBURGH HOLDS 70000 AND IF OASIS AND U2 CAN SELL IT OUT I THINK JUST MAYBE YOU COULD TO JUST A THOUGHT DAVE

You may do the trip but you won't find anything cuz they are not playing.
