Hi Big Nate I am having a little problem with the site. I have DSL and all other sites come up very quick, when I try to get on this site it takes a while for it to come up. I was wondering if anyone else was having a problem?

HELLO AGAIN I failed to mention that when I browse through the site its slow geting around.Is it something on my end .HELP HELPHELP HELP ME NATE.

Hmm...I've got DSL (through BellSouth). I'm guessing it's something on your end...I've heard that on the rare occasion, ISPs do some weird stuff to your bandwidth. Who do you have internet through? And does YouTube work?

I have internet through Embarq and You Tube works. The site works IT just takes about a minute to go one place to the other when it should take only a second.

I've got no issues that I know of on my end. The only section that can be a bit slow is the forum, and I have yet to modify that to get better speeds. I'm on DSL here, with a wireless connection to my basement and it works fine. I'm afraid there isn't much I can do that I can think of.

Who the heck is Embarq? Never heard of them. Wes, do you have multiple computers in your house, if so, do you have a router? That might have something to do with it. I've noticed sometimes Facebook, MySpace, and YouTube act slow, but that happens on and off. Usually when that happens, all sites act a little slow. My connection is through BellSouth/AT&T FastAccess DSL with a Belkin Wi-Fi router. The only issues I've had is that one time recently when BellSouth went down due to technical difficulties. Does acdc-videos.com act slow as well? Cause it might be an issue where your ISP is blocking (somewhat) the traffic to the Nate's hosting company's IPs. That's about the only thing I can think of.

Embarq wasonce sprint our local phonecompany that took the place of EarthLink.At the moment things are back to normal Ihope it stays that way.Thanksto all who tried to help.

The old site was very slow, especially the forum. the new site is very fast and ive had little problems with the new forum. but thats probly because i have comcast ;) hehe
