The bootlegs that i download wont play on my windows media player could you make them into something that can play on windows media player but if you cant its ok and how can i play them it wont let me play anyof them on anything that i have

are you unzipping the .rar files? They are similar to .zip files; they just compress all of the files into 1 so it is easier to download, and probably will not play the mp3's in media player. You can use winrar to unzip the files you download from this site, there is a link on the BOTM page.
