Brian's jam with Scorpions (02/02/2003)
hi all! according to the Rising Power website, Brian Johnson joined SCORPIONS for the encore "Rock You Like A Hurricane" in Tampa, Florida on February 2, 2003. I am wondering whether anybody has this song and/or show in record. Regards, Antonios
Yeah that would be a really good thing to have! I had no idea Brian jammed with the Scorps!
I did some searching in google about this show and I found reviews and a couple of photos of Brian with the Scorps. He didn't do much singing so I am still wondering whether this appearance should be added to the venue listing. Any comments? PS. Here is review from a fan: "...The biggest suprise of the evening came at the end of the show. Klaus announced they had a special guest who would sing with him on Hurricane. It turned out to be Brian Johnson from AC/DC. They tore through the song and ran ALL through the crowd on the floor. The crowd was literally in a frenzy for the whole set, but especially this part.... ...The Brian Johnson appearance was very cool. He put Klaus on his shoulders like Angus and carried him through the arena (Klaus was wearing a Bucs jersey),the fans went nuts... "
I'm pretty sure the date shouldn't be added because the date was just with Brian and not all of AC/DC. It would be cool to see some video of the crowd's reaction to this performance, but I'm not so sure that one exists because I think it would have surfaced by now.
