Malcolm in Live at River Plate...

did anyone else notice that Malcolm's guitar volume during Angus's solo's were VERY low volume? especially during Rock n Roll Train, u can barely hear him...

Hmm... I haven't had a chance to watch it yet so i couldn't say exactly. But I can't imagine it being mixed that way... are you sure the left speaker on your TV isn't turned down?

Mal's guitar sound was low in general the entire tour. When I saw them in Oakland and San Jose, Angus' sound overpowered Malcolm's sound, but it still gives the classic rhythm that he is known for. I also noticed that he seemed to have the treble higher than past tours. Listen to Live at Donington and then Live At River Plate.

That one of my only gripes I have with the DVD overall. Malcolm is mixed too low! He needed to be higher in the mix.
